The Law aims at "prevention of malfeasances, elimination of violations and prevention of condemnation of premises of the editorial offices of public and municipal mass media".
Pursuant to the Law, "condemnation of premises means conclusion and execution of purchase contracts, pledge, and mortgage, its inclusion into the authorized capitals (assets) of the economic entities, other civil acts that envisage transference of property right to other natural persons or legal entities".
A relevant Bill was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Reg. No.0958.
